How do I automatically check insurance eligibility for upcoming anesthesia cases?
WebRun opens Graphium Health every morning, reviews all anesthesia cases scheduled in the next two days, and flags any case without a current insurance eligibility verification on file. Unverified cases are logged to a Google Sheets tracker and posted to your billing coordinator in Slack, sorted by procedure date, so every patient arrives at the OR with confirmed active coverage.
- Every case in the next two days is checked for active eligibility verification by 7 AM
- Cases scheduled for tomorrow with no verification are flagged urgent at the top of the Slack list
- Eligibility gaps are resolved before the patient arrives, reducing claim denials from inactive coverage

Questions, answered
Does it contact the payer to verify eligibility automatically?
No. WebRun identifies cases that need verification and posts the worklist to your billing coordinator in Slack. All payer eligibility checks are completed by your coordinator through your existing eligibility verification process.
How does it handle cases where eligibility was verified more than a week ago?
Cases with a verification older than 7 days are flagged for re-verification, since insurance status can change. The flag reason in Google Sheets shows whether it is a missing verification or a stale one so the coordinator knows what is needed.
Does it include patient insurance details in the Slack post?
The Slack post shows only the case date, facility, payer name, and verification status flag. No patient names or policy numbers are included in the Slack message. Full details are available in the Google Sheets tracker and in Graphium Health.
