How usage, allowances, and billing work.
The price is what you pay; the credit is what you get to spend on agent work. Starter is $20/mo and includes $20 of usage - roughly 2,000 tasks at about 1¢ each. Pro includes $100 of usage and Business $200. You are never billed twice, and unused credit is not charged again.
Only if you allow it. A policy can block an action, or pause the run so you can approve it, reject it or take over before anything happens. Starter includes 1 policy, Pro 10 and Business unlimited.
One task is one job your agent completes end to end - pulling a report, updating a record, sending a follow-up. Each task runs in an agent session that costs about 1¢. If a job doesn't finish in one session, it continues in the next, which costs another cent. Your credit is drawn down only as agents actually run.
How many of your agents can be working at the same moment. On Starter, three tasks can run in parallel; a fourth waits its turn. It caps concurrency, not how much you can automate in a month - that is your usage credit.
Nothing stops - extra usage is billed from pay-as-you-go credits, so your agents keep running.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like - no contracts, no setup fees, and no per-seat pricing. If you cancel, your automations keep running until the end of your billing period, then they pause.
