Automatic Tint Customer Review Requests

Every morning, WebRun opens Tint Wiz, finds installs completed a couple of days ago and marked paid, drafts a warm review request text in Twilio and a matching email in Gmail with your review link, and leaves both unsent so you approve each ask before it reaches the customer.

In short

How do I automatically ask window film customers for a review?

WebRun finds Tint Wiz installs completed a couple of days ago and marked paid, then drafts a warm review request as a text in Twilio and an email in Gmail with your Google review link. Both are left unsent for your approval, so your rating grows from happy customers and no ask goes out without you.

  • Happy customers get a review ask timed a couple of days after the install
  • Requests go by the customer's preferred channel, text or email
  • People who already reviewed or opted out are skipped automatically

Built for window film shops · auto tint installers · residential film crews · local service businesses

Questions, answered

Will it text or email review requests without my approval?

No. WebRun drafts the review request by text and email and leaves both unsent. You approve each one, so no customer is asked for a review without your sign off.

Why does it wait a couple of days after the install?

Film needs a little time to cure and the customer time to enjoy the result, so a review ask a couple of days later lands better than one the same afternoon. WebRun times the draft to that window.

Does it avoid pestering people who already reviewed?

Yes. It checks Tint Wiz for anyone who already left a review or opted out of contact and skips them, so no one gets a duplicate ask.

Put this on autopilot.
