Every morning, WebRun opens Tint Wiz, reads how much is left on each film roll, logs the remaining length and usage to a Google Sheet, and posts a Slack digest of rolls below your reorder point with a suggested reorder quantity by SKU so you never run dry on a booked job.

In short

How do I track window film roll inventory and get low-stock alerts?

WebRun reads your Tint Wiz film roll inventory every morning, logs the remaining length and burn rate per SKU to a Google Sheet, and posts a Slack digest of rolls below your reorder point with a suggested reorder quantity. It factors in booked jobs, so you reorder before a roll runs out mid install.

  • Rolls below the reorder point surface every morning before a job stalls
  • Reorder quantity per SKU is suggested from real burn rate and lead time
  • Film committed to booked jobs is counted, so no SKU is a surprise shortage

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it place film orders with my supplier automatically?

No. WebRun posts an internal Slack digest with a suggested reorder quantity per SKU, but it never places an order. You review the list and order from your supplier yourself.

How does it know a roll is running low?

It reads each roll's remaining length or weight in Tint Wiz, compares it to the reorder threshold you set, and factors in the recent burn rate so it flags a roll before upcoming jobs use it up.

Can it account for film needed by jobs already booked?

Yes. It looks at upcoming installs in Tint Wiz and the film each one will draw down, so a SKU that looks fine today but is committed to this week's jobs still shows up as at risk.

Put this on autopilot.
