Is the UPI link safe to send automatically?
Yes for the amounts you allow. It is generated inside Khatabook for the exact balance owed, so it can only collect what the customer already owes, nothing more.
What if the customer does not use WhatsApp?
Twilio sends the same link by SMS as a backup a few hours later if the WhatsApp message was not delivered, so the customer gets it either way.
