Questions, answered
Will it initiate the transfer if funding is overdue?
No. Moving money between entities is a financial action that requires human approval. WebRun identifies the overdue items and alerts the responsible person; the transfer itself is always initiated by a human.
How does it know which requests are expected?
WebRun uses the intercompany transaction history and expected settlement dates visible in Trovata. You can also provide a schedule of recurring funding amounts and dates during setup to improve detection accuracy.
What if a transfer settled but Trovata has not yet updated?
WebRun checks the confirmed receipt in Trovata. If a settlement appears later in the day, you can mark the item as Resolved in the Google Sheet and it will not re-alert tomorrow.
