How do I automatically track and flag stale bank account signatories?
WebRun reads your full bank account list from Trovata every month, matches each account to its signatory records in Google Sheets, and flags any account where the last review was more than 12 months ago or where a listed signer no longer appears on your active employee roster, so your team can initiate the correct bank update process.

Questions, answered
Will it remove signatories from the bank account automatically?
No. Removing a signatory from a bank account requires a formal bank instruction signed by an authorized officer. WebRun flags the accounts that need attention so your team can initiate the removal through the correct bank process.
Where does it get the list of active employees to cross-reference?
WebRun reads from a designated sheet in your Google Sheets signatory register. You maintain the Active Employees tab, and WebRun checks each signer against it on every monthly run.
What counts as a stale review?
By default, any account whose Last Review Date in the tracker is more than 12 months ago is flagged. You can change this to 6 months or another interval during setup.
