Automated Trovata Covenant Liquidity Monitoring

Every morning, WebRun opens Trovata, reads current cash and available liquidity data, calculates each covenant liquidity ratio your agreements require, compares the results against covenant thresholds, and updates a Google Sheet watchlist flagging any ratio within your warning buffer or in breach.

In short

How do I automatically monitor debt covenant liquidity ratios every day?

WebRun opens Trovata every morning, pulls cash and available liquidity across all connected entities, calculates each debt covenant liquidity ratio using your configured formulas, and updates a Google Sheet watchlist with current ratios, headroom, and a traffic-light status, so your team sees any approaching breach before it becomes a default event.

  • Covenant liquidity ratios refreshed every morning without manual calculation
  • Amber and Red status flags visible in Google Sheets before the team starts work
  • Historical ratio log helps identify trends toward covenant stress early

Built for corporate treasury teams · CFOs · finance directors · debt capital market teams

Questions, answered

Will it notify anyone when a ratio goes Amber or Red?

You can optionally add a Slack or Telegram notification step during setup. By default WebRun updates the Google Sheet only, so your team reviews it as part of the morning routine. Add an alert channel if you need an immediate ping on status changes.

What if my covenant formula is complex, such as a net debt to EBITDA ratio?

During setup, tell WebRun your exact covenant formula and which Trovata data fields map to each input. It will apply the formula faithfully on every run. More complex ratios that require ERP data outside Trovata may need an additional data connection.

Does it file any compliance reports or notify the lender?

No. Notifying a lender or filing a compliance certificate is an external communication requiring human review. WebRun tracks ratios internally only. Any lender communication must be prepared and sent by your team.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
