Questions, answered

Can we break down the report by branch or office location?

Yes. If your SoftPro orders include a branch or office field, WebRun can group the weekly metrics by location so each branch's performance is reported separately.

What counts as a stale order?

By default, any order open for more than 60 days is flagged as stale. You can adjust this threshold to match your firm's typical order-to-close cycle time.

Does it include cancelled or withdrawn orders in the counts?

Cancelled and withdrawn orders are tracked separately from closings completed, so your pipeline metrics reflect net closed volume without inflating the numbers.

Put this on autopilot.
