Keep referring agents updated on every order automatically
Every morning, WebRun opens Qualia, finds orders where a milestone advanced or a key task completed since the last agent update, and drafts a concise status email for the referring agent on each order. Drafts land in Gmail for review before sending, and a Slack digest shows which agents were updated.

How do I automatically update referring agents on the status of their orders?
WebRun opens Qualia each morning and identifies every active order where a milestone advanced since the previous day. It drafts a concise status email to the referring agent for each qualifying order, stages the drafts in Gmail for team review, and posts a Slack digest of what was drafted. Agents stay informed without your team writing emails one by one.
- Referring agents get timely updates without staff writing individual emails
- Every outbound agent email is reviewed by a human before it sends
- Orders with no meaningful change are skipped automatically to avoid noise
Built for title companies · escrow officers · title processors · real estate closing coordinators

Questions, answered
Will it email agents automatically without anyone reviewing the drafts?
No. Every agent update is left as a Gmail draft. A team member reviews and approves each email before it is sent, so your firm controls every outbound communication.
What if the same agent has multiple active orders?
WebRun creates one draft per order. If an agent has three active orders with updates, three separate drafts are staged so each property gets its own clear communication.
Can we limit updates to only certain milestone types?
Yes. Tell WebRun which milestones warrant an agent notification, such as title clear, CDs issued, or closing confirmed, and it will only draft emails when those specific milestones are reached.
