Automated Title Commitment Cure Worklist

Every morning, WebRun opens SoftPro, scans every active order for open title commitment exceptions, groups them by order and exception type, and updates a Google Sheet cure worklist. A Slack digest highlights orders with the most exceptions and those closest to their closing date.

In short

How do I track and manage title commitment exceptions before closing?

WebRun scans SoftPro every morning for open title commitment exceptions across all active orders, updates a Google Sheets cure worklist with current status, and posts a Slack digest that highlights blocking exceptions and orders closing within five business days. Resolved exceptions are cleared automatically so the list stays accurate.

  • Blocking exceptions are flagged before they reach closing day
  • The team shares one live worklist instead of hunting through individual orders
  • Resolved exceptions drop off the list automatically with no manual maintenance

Built for title examiners · title companies · escrow officers · title ops teams

Questions, answered

Does it notify the examiner assigned to each exception?

The daily Slack digest includes the assigned examiner for each open exception, making it easy for your team to follow up. WebRun does not message examiners directly.

What happens when an exception is resolved?

WebRun reads live data from SoftPro each morning. Exceptions cleared since the last run are marked Cleared in the Google Sheet and removed from the active digest automatically.

Can it handle exceptions across all order types, including commercial?

Yes. It scans all active order types in SoftPro and captures exceptions regardless of property type or transaction complexity.

Put this on autopilot.
