Will it place an order with the supplier on its own?
No. WebRun drafts the reorder email in Gmail and alerts the manager in Slack, but the email stays unsent until a staff member reviews it and clicks Send. No order is placed without human approval.
How do I set the reorder threshold for each supply item?
Add a threshold column to your supply-tracking sheet in Google Sheets and enter the minimum quantity for each item. WebRun reads this column on every run and flags anything at or below that level.
Can it handle multiple suppliers for different items?
Yes. Add a supplier column to the sheet and WebRun will group low-stock items by supplier and draft a separate email for each one, so your ink supplier and your needle supplier get their own reorder emails.
