Send aftercare instructions and heal-check messages to every client
Every morning, WebRun opens Square Appointments, finds sessions completed the previous day, drafts a day-1 aftercare text and schedules a week-1 heal-check text for each client via Twilio, then posts both drafts to Slack for your team to review and approve before any message is sent.

How do I automatically send tattoo aftercare instructions to clients after their session?
WebRun opens Square Appointments each morning, finds sessions completed the previous day, and drafts both a day-1 aftercare text and a week-1 heal-check text for each client via Twilio. Both messages are posted to Slack for staff review and approval before any text reaches the client.
- Every client gets a day-1 aftercare message before the next morning
- A week-1 heal-check nudges clients toward touch-up bookings
- No aftercare message is sent without a staff member reviewing it first

Questions, answered
Will it text clients without my approval?
No. Both the day-1 and the week-1 texts are drafted and held unsent in Twilio. WebRun posts them to Slack for a staff member to review and approve before any message is delivered to a client.
What aftercare advice does it include in the text?
The day-1 message covers cleaning, moisturising, avoiding sun and soaking, and any studio-specific instructions you provide. You supply your studio's aftercare guide and WebRun adapts each text to match it.
What does the heal-check message do?
The week-1 text asks the client how their tattoo is healing, invites them to share a photo if they have a concern, and gently prompts them to book a touch-up appointment if needed.
