Automated Training Package Scheduling
When an athlete starts a training package, WebRun opens RightEye to read the package size and cadence, drafts the full series of session events on Google Calendar at your standard intervals, and posts the proposed schedule to Slack so a coach can confirm before any calendar invite is sent.
How do I automatically schedule a full sports vision training package?
WebRun turns a purchased training package into a booked schedule. It reads the package size and cadence in RightEye, drafts the full session series on Google Calendar at your standard intervals, and posts the plan to Slack for a coach to confirm, so invites only go out once a human has approved the times.
- A whole training package is drafted onto the calendar in one pass
- No athlete gets an invite until a coach confirms the times in Slack
- Session slots respect the trainer's existing calendar and package cadence

Questions, answered
Will it send calendar invites to athletes on its own?
No. WebRun drafts every session event and leaves it unsent. A coach confirms the schedule in Slack first, so no invite reaches an athlete without a human approving the times.
How does it pick session times?
WebRun reads open slots on the assigned trainer's Google Calendar and spaces sessions at your standard package cadence. Any clash with an existing booking is flagged in Slack for a human to resolve.
What if the athlete already had a session or two?
WebRun checks RightEye for sessions already delivered and starts the drafted series from the correct next session, so the calendar never double-books work that is already done.
