Automated RightEye Athlete Intake Setup
Whenever an athlete submits your intake form, WebRun opens Typeform, reads their name, sport, age, and goals, creates or matches their profile in RightEye ready for a Sports Vision EyeQ baseline, and appends a clean row to your intake tracking sheet in Google Sheets.
How do I automatically turn athlete intake forms into RightEye baseline assessments?
WebRun turns every new Typeform intake into a ready athlete. It reads the athlete's sport, age, and goals, creates or matches their profile in RightEye with a Sports Vision EyeQ baseline queued, and logs a clean row in Google Sheets, so each new athlete arrives set up to assess with no manual data entry.
- Every new athlete has a RightEye profile ready before their first session
- Intake data lands in RightEye and the roster sheet with zero manual entry
- Duplicate profiles are avoided by matching on name in RightEye first
Built for sports vision clinics · athletic performance centers · optometry practices · vision training coaches

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it message the athlete or their family?
No. This workflow is internal setup only. WebRun creates the RightEye profile and logs the intake sheet, and never emails or texts the athlete or family on its own.
Will it create duplicate athlete profiles in RightEye?
No. WebRun searches RightEye by name first and only creates a profile when no match exists, so re-submitted or repeat intakes update the existing athlete instead of duplicating them.
What if an intake is missing key details?
WebRun flags any intake missing a required field and notes it in the sheet, so your staff can follow up before the athlete arrives rather than assessing on incomplete information.
