- Clawback-eligible churn is caught within a day

Questions, answered
Will it deduct commission from a rep automatically?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list of clawback candidates for finance to review. It never adjusts a payout or deducts commission from a rep on its own.
How does it know a deal is in the clawback window?
It reads the churn or refund date from Salesforce and checks it against the clawback window in your comp terms, so only deals still eligible are flagged as candidates.
What if the churn is later reversed?
The next run reads the live status in Salesforce, so a deal that was reinstated drops off the candidate list before any clawback is actioned.
