Automated Comp Plan Signature Reminders
Every Monday, WebRun cross-checks your QuotaPath roster against DocuSign, finds reps whose comp plan is still unsigned, drafts a polite reminder email to each of them, and posts you a clear list of who has signed and who is still outstanding.
How do I collect signed comp plan acknowledgements from my reps?
Every Monday, WebRun compares your QuotaPath roster against DocuSign, finds reps whose comp plan is still unsigned, and drafts a polite reminder to each with the signing link. It leaves every email unsent for a manager to approve, and posts finance a clear list of who has signed and who is still outstanding.
- Every rep signs their comp plan before commissions run
- Reminders go out drafted, never sent without approval
- Finance sees signed status at a glance each week

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email reps without my approval?
No. WebRun writes each reminder as a Gmail draft and leaves it unsent. A manager reviews and sends it, so nothing reaches a rep until a human approves it.
How does it know who still needs to sign?
It reads the live envelope status in DocuSign each Monday and matches it to your QuotaPath roster, so only reps with an incomplete comp plan envelope get a reminder.
What if a rep signs after the reminder is drafted?
The next run reads the current DocuSign status, so a rep who has since signed drops off the outstanding list and gets no further reminder.
