How do I get new closed-won deals into commission tracking automatically?

WebRun reviews your Salesforce opportunities every morning, finds deals newly moved to closed-won, and records each in QuotaPath with the owner, amount, and close date against the right comp plan. It then posts a short Slack recap grouped by rep, so every commissionable deal lands in tracking the same day it closes.

  • Every closed-won deal is in commission tracking the day it closes
  • Finance opens Slack to a daily list of new commissionable deals
  • Unmatched deals are flagged, never credited by guesswork

Questions, answered

Will it change deal records in Salesforce?

No. WebRun only reads your Salesforce opportunities. It records the commissionable deal in QuotaPath and posts an internal Slack recap, and never edits or moves a deal in your CRM.

What happens to deals it cannot match to a comp plan?

They are flagged in the Slack recap for you to review. WebRun leaves any unmatched deal out of the rep's plan until a human assigns it, so nothing is credited by guesswork.

Will duplicate deals get double counted?

No. WebRun checks whether each deal is already in QuotaPath before adding it, so a deal that synced earlier is skipped and never recorded twice.

Put this on autopilot.
