Automated RV Service Work-Order Daily Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens the Service module in IDS Astra, pulls all open work orders, groups them by technician and status, calculates how many days each job has been open, and posts a structured digest to your Slack service channel so the whole team starts the day on the same page.

In short

How can I get a daily summary of open RV service work orders?

WebRun opens IDS Astra every morning, pulls all open service work orders, groups them by technician, and posts a structured digest to your Slack service channel. Overdue and aging jobs are flagged so the service manager can prioritise before the first customer arrives.

  • Service teams start every day with a clear view of all open jobs
  • Overdue work orders are flagged before the customer calls
  • Managers spot bottlenecks by technician without opening IDS Astra

Built for RV service managers · RV dealers · trailer dealership service teams

Questions, answered

Will it contact the customer about their job status?

No. The digest is an internal Slack message for your service team only. WebRun never contacts the customer directly.

What counts as overdue?

Any work order past its promised completion date in IDS Astra is flagged as overdue. Jobs with no promised date that have been open more than five days are flagged as aging.

Can I get the digest for just one technician or department?

Yes. During setup you can filter by technician, department, or job type so each channel only sees the jobs relevant to that team.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
