Every morning, WebRun opens the Service module in IDS Astra, pulls all open work orders, groups them by technician and status, calculates how many days each job has been open, and posts a structured digest to your Slack service channel so the whole team starts the day on the same page.

Questions, answered
Will it contact the customer about their job status?
No. The digest is an internal Slack message for your service team only. WebRun never contacts the customer directly.
What counts as overdue?
Any work order past its promised completion date in IDS Astra is flagged as overdue. Jobs with no promised date that have been open more than five days are flagged as aging.
Can I get the digest for just one technician or department?
Yes. During setup you can filter by technician, department, or job type so each channel only sees the jobs relevant to that team.
