Automated WellSky Missed Treatment Alerts
Every hour during the shift, WebRun opens WellSky, finds scheduled respiratory treatments that are overdue or marked missed, logs each one with patient room and therapist to a Google Sheet, and posts the charge therapist a Microsoft Teams alert so coverage is arranged before the shift ends.
How do I catch missed or overdue respiratory treatments before the shift ends?
WebRun checks WellSky every hour for respiratory treatments that are overdue or missed, logs each one with room, treatment type, and therapist to Google Sheets, and posts a Microsoft Teams alert naming who is behind so the charge therapist can arrange coverage. Nothing gets reassigned without a person deciding.
- Overdue treatments surface within the hour instead of at shift end
- Charge therapists get a named, room level alert instead of a status board scan
- Completed treatments drop off the log automatically from live WellSky data

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reassign the treatment to another therapist on its own?
No. WebRun only flags the miss and alerts the charge therapist in Teams. A person still decides who picks up the treatment and reassigns it in WellSky.
How does it know a treatment is actually overdue and not just running late?
It reads each treatment's scheduled window directly from WellSky, so only treatments past their window, and not yet marked complete or held, are flagged.
What if the treatment gets completed right after the alert goes out?
The next hourly check reads the live status in WellSky, so any treatment completed since the last run drops off the log and future alerts automatically.
