Keep your spirometry schedule full without the back-and-forth calls
Every Monday, WebRun opens ModuleMD, finds every patient due for a repeat pulmonary function test or spirometry check per their care plan, holds a matching open slot on the PFT lab's Google Calendar, and drafts a text confirmation in Twilio for your front desk to review and send.

How do I automatically schedule repeat spirometry and PFT appointments?
Every Monday, WebRun opens ModuleMD, finds patients due for a repeat PFT or spirometry check within 14 days, and holds a matching open slot on the lab's Google Calendar. It then drafts a confirmation text in Twilio for your front desk to review and send, so no spirometry recheck falls through the cracks.
- Patients due for a repeat PFT are found every Monday without a manual chart review
- Lab slots are held before the schedule fills up with other visits
- Front desk opens Twilio to a ready-to-send confirmation instead of dialing each patient

Questions, answered
Will it text patients without staff review?
No. WebRun only drafts the confirmation text and queues it for your front desk to review. Nothing is sent to a patient until a staff member approves it.
How does it decide which patients are due?
It reads each patient's last spirometry date and recommended interval from their ModuleMD care plan, then flags anyone due within the next 14 days.
What if a patient already has an appointment booked?
It checks the live schedule in ModuleMD each run, so any patient who already has a spirometry visit on the books is skipped automatically.
