Questions, answered
Does WebRun titrate the baths or change any chemistry?
No. WebRun only reads the pretreatment readings your operators already logged in OnRamp and compares them to the spec. It never adds chemical, adjusts a bath, or changes a stage setting. Bath maintenance stays entirely with your line staff.
What counts as out of range?
You set the range for each stage, such as the concentration or titration band, pH, temperature, and dwell time. WebRun flags any reading outside its band, names the stage in the Slack alert, and highlights the row in the Google Sheet log so it is easy to act on.
Does the alert go outside my shop?
No. The all-clear summary and the out-of-range alert post only to your internal Slack channel. WebRun never sends pretreatment or bath data to a customer, chemical supplier, or auditor on its own.
