OnRamp Automated Cure Cycle Compliance Log

Every night, WebRun opens OnRamp, reads each batch's cure cycle record, checks oven temperature, dwell time, powder lot, and operator against the spec you set, records each cycle as a row in a Google Sheet compliance log, and posts your team a Slack alert whenever a bake falls outside its window.

In short

How do I log every cure cycle and get alerted to out-of-spec bakes?

WebRun opens OnRamp each night and reads every batch's cure cycle record for the shift. It checks oven temperature, dwell time, powder lot, and operator against your spec, records each cycle in a Google Sheet log, then posts your team a Slack summary, raising an out-of-spec alert that names the batch and the reading whenever a bake misses its window.

  • Every cure cycle is captured in one running Google Sheet log each shift
  • Out-of-spec bakes trigger a same-night Slack alert naming the batch and oven
  • Your team sees an all-clear summary on shifts when every cycle held its window

Questions, answered

Does WebRun control the oven or change any cure setting?

No. WebRun only reads the cure cycle records your operators already logged in OnRamp and compares them to the spec. It never touches oven controls or changes a setpoint. Running the ovens stays fully with your line staff.

What counts as an out-of-spec bake?

You set the cure window, such as the required metal temperature and the minimum dwell time. WebRun flags any cycle whose recorded temperature or dwell time falls outside that window, names the batch and oven in the Slack alert, and highlights the row in the Google Sheet log.

Does the alert go to anyone outside my shop?

No. The all-clear summary and the out-of-spec alert post only to your internal Slack channel. WebRun never sends cure data to a customer or auditor on its own.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
