Questions, answered

Will it make any changes to billing records in Tebra?

No. WebRun is read-only when pulling financial data. It reads reports and logs the numbers but never edits a charge, adjustment, or payment record in Tebra.

Can it cover multiple providers or locations?

Yes. Give WebRun the providers and locations you want tracked and it will pull combined figures for all of them and break the summary down by provider if needed.

What happens on a day the clinic is closed?

If yesterday's collections are zero due to a clinic closure or holiday, WebRun posts a brief note indicating no activity rather than flagging it as an anomaly.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
