Questions, answered
Can it block a flagged item from being booked?
WebRun flags and alerts but does not modify your rental software directly. Your team uses the Slack and Telegram alerts to pull flagged items from availability in your booking system before they are accidentally rented out.
How does an item get flagged in the first place?
Your team adds or updates the maintenance status column in the Google Sheet when an item is returned with an issue or spotted during a warehouse check. WebRun reads that flag each morning and makes sure the right people see it.
What if all items are fine and there is nothing to flag?
If no items have an open maintenance flag that morning, WebRun skips the Slack post and Telegram message so your team is not bothered with empty alerts. You only hear from it when there is real work to do.
