In short

How do I automatically check for double-booked rental inventory?

WebRun opens Booqable every morning and scans upcoming reservations for overlapping item bookings and stock shortages. Every conflict is logged to Google Sheets with the item name, dates, and affected customers, and your team receives a ranked Slack alert so issues are caught and fixed days before the event.

  • Inventory conflicts are caught days before the event, not on delivery morning
  • Your team gets a daily ranked conflict list without manually auditing Booqable
  • Resolved conflicts are automatically skipped on the next run

Built for party rental companies · event rental businesses · AV and tent rental operators · furniture and linen rental companies

Questions, answered

Will it cancel or change a reservation automatically?

No. WebRun only flags conflicts and logs them. All decisions about substitutions, cancellations, or customer communications remain with your team. Nothing in Booqable is modified without human action.

How far ahead does it check for conflicts?

By default, WebRun scans reservations for the next 14 days each morning, giving your team enough lead time to source substitutes or contact customers before an event day problem becomes a crisis.

What if a conflict was already resolved yesterday?

WebRun reads live availability from Booqable on each run. Conflicts that have been resolved since the last check are skipped, so the log only shows what still needs attention.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
