Automated MedVision Satisfaction Follow-Ups

Every Monday, WebRun opens MedVision QuickCap, reviews the past week's participant satisfaction survey responses, flags any score below your threshold or a concerning comment, posts a Slack alert to the IDT team, and drafts a personal follow-up note in Outlook for each, left unsent for a social worker to review and send.

In short

How do I follow up with PACE participants after a low satisfaction score?

WebRun reviews PACE participant satisfaction survey responses in MedVision QuickCap every Monday, flags any score below your threshold or a concerning comment, and posts a Slack alert to the IDT team. It then drafts a personal follow-up note in Outlook for each flagged participant, left unsent for a social worker to review and send, so no low score goes unanswered.

  • No low satisfaction score sits unanswered past the following Monday
  • Social workers get a drafted, concern specific note instead of a blank page
  • Concern categories surface as a pattern across participants, not just one at a time

Questions, answered

Will it email the participant's family without review?

No. Every follow-up note is saved as an Outlook draft. The assigned social worker reviews, personalizes, and sends it, so no family facing message goes out unapproved.

What counts as a low satisfaction score?

Any response at or below the threshold you set, or any comment flagged as concerning regardless of its numeric score, so a specific complaint cannot slip through just because the overall rating was average.

Does it identify why a participant is dissatisfied?

It surfaces the concern category and the actual comment text from MedVision QuickCap, but it does not interpret intent. Your social worker still makes the judgment call on how to respond.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
