Automated MedVision Day Center Attendance Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens MedVision QuickCap, pulls yesterday's day center attendance for every participant, flags no shows and early pickups, logs the running pattern to Google Sheets, and posts a Slack digest so center staff and the IDT can follow up before the next scheduled day.

In short

How do I track PACE day center attendance and no shows automatically?

WebRun pulls yesterday's PACE day center attendance from MedVision QuickCap every morning, compares who was scheduled against who actually checked in, and logs no shows, late arrivals, and early pickups to a Google Sheet. It then posts a Slack digest flagging repeat unexplained absences, so center staff can follow up before attendance patterns turn into a missed care need.

  • Repeat unexplained absences surface before they become a missed care emergency
  • Center staff open Slack each morning to a ready made attendance digest
  • Attendance patterns are tracked automatically instead of tallied by hand at month end

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens quickcap.medvision-solutions.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

Questions, answered

Will it call or message a participant who missed the day center?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack digest for day center staff. Any outreach to a participant or family is made by your team, not by WebRun.

How does it flag a repeat attendance problem?

It keeps a running 30 day no show count for each participant in Google Sheets and calls out anyone with 2 or more unexplained absences in the Slack digest.

Does it account for a planned absence, like a scheduled medical appointment?

Yes. If a reason is already logged in MedVision QuickCap for the missed day, it is excluded from the no show count.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
