Automated Bedside Medication Delivery Updates

Every hour, WebRun opens adherent360, pulls the status of every bedside and kiosk delivery in progress, logs each one to a Google Sheet with its stage and time in that stage, and posts your pharmacy ops channel a short rollup of what delivered, what is moving, and what has stalled.

In short

How do I track bedside and kiosk medication delivery status automatically?

WebRun opens adherent360 every hour, pulls the current stage of every bedside and kiosk delivery in progress, logs each one to a Google Sheet with its stage and time in stage, and posts your pharmacy ops channel in Slack a short rollup of what delivered, what is moving, and what has stalled, so nothing sits unnoticed between rounds.

  • Ops sees a full delivery rollup every hour without opening adherent360
  • Stalled deliveries surface within the hour instead of at end of shift
  • One tracking sheet replaces manually checking each delivery one by one

Built for hospital pharmacy ops · meds to beds programs · care transition teams · pharmacy logistics coordinators

Questions, answered

Does this replace checking on one specific patient's delivery?

No. It gives you an hourly overview so you know where to look. For one specific delivery, your team still opens adherent360 directly for the full detail.

What counts as stalled?

Any delivery that has sat in the same stage, say out for courier or awaiting bedside handoff, for more than 2 hours. That threshold is easy to change.

Does it text anyone for a stalled delivery?

Not on its own in this workflow. It posts stalls to Slack for ops to triage. Pair it with the missed delivery window workflow if you also want a text escalation.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
