Automated Daily Discharge Fill Digests
Every night, WebRun opens adherent360, tallies the day's discharge prescription fills by status, filled, delivered, pending, and unresolved, logs the day's counts to a Google Sheet next to prior days, and posts your pharmacy team a short Slack digest so everyone starts the next shift knowing exactly what carried over.
How do I get a nightly digest of the day's discharge prescription fills?
Every night, WebRun opens adherent360, tallies the day's discharge prescription fills by status, filled, delivered, pending, and unresolved, and logs the counts to a Google Sheet next to prior days. It then posts your pharmacy team a short Slack digest with a clear handoff list, so the next shift starts knowing exactly what carried over.
- Every shift starts with a clear picture of what carried over
- Fill status trends are visible night over night without pulling a manual count
- Nothing unresolved gets lost between shifts thanks to the nightly handoff list

Questions, answered
Does the digest include patient names?
No. It is counts by status plus a unit level handoff list. No patient names or prescription details appear in the digest itself.
What if nothing is unresolved at the end of the day?
The digest still posts with the day's counts, it just says there is nothing to hand off, so the team gets a clean confirmation instead of silence.
Can it cover more than one pharmacy location?
Yes. Point it at each location's worklist in adherent360 and it will produce a separate digest per site, or one combined digest if you prefer.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
