In short

How do I get a daily revenue summary from Kickserv sent to Slack each evening?

WebRun opens Kickserv every evening, tallies the day's completed jobs, invoiced amounts, and payments collected, then appends the totals to a Google Sheets revenue tracker and posts a clean digest to Slack. Your team sees exactly where the business stands, with a 7-day rolling average for context, every evening automatically.

  • Every evening the team gets a clean revenue snapshot without anyone logging into Kickserv
  • Google Sheets builds a rolling revenue history for trend analysis
  • The 7-day average flags low-revenue days before they become a pattern

Questions, answered

Does it send anything to customers or trigger any payments?

No. This is a fully internal digest posted only to your Slack team channel. It reads data from Kickserv and Google Sheets and never contacts customers or initiates any financial transaction.

What counts as revenue in the digest - invoiced or actually collected?

WebRun reports both: the total invoiced on completed jobs today and the amount actually collected or marked paid in Kickserv, so you can see the gap at a glance.

Can I see revenue broken down by technician or job type?

Yes. You can configure the digest to include a breakdown by technician or job category using the data Kickserv records on each completed job. Just specify the breakdown during setup.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
