In short

How do I automatically ask golfers for a review after their round?

Every evening, WebRun opens ForeUP, finds golfers who completed a round that day, and drafts a personalized review request email in Gmail for each eligible player. Staff review the batch via a Slack summary before any request is sent, and golfers contacted recently are automatically excluded.

  • Every eligible golfer receives a timely, personal review request the evening of their round
  • Regular players are never asked more than once per season with automatic cooldown tracking
  • Staff control every outbound message with Gmail draft review before sending

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to golfers automatically?

No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft. Staff review the batch each evening and send the messages manually. No golfer receives an email without a staff member approving it.

How does it avoid pestering the same golfer repeatedly?

WebRun tracks review request history and excludes any golfer who has already received a request within the past 90 days, so regular members are never asked more than once a season.

Which review platform does it link to?

You set the review link during setup. It can point to Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, or any other platform where your course receives reviews.

Put this on autopilot.
