Automated Funeral Vendor Coordination Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Passare, finds services in the next 72 hours, compiles clergy, florist, cemetery, and musician assignments into a structured digest in Google Sheets, and posts the vendor runsheet to Slack so the coordinating director can spot any gaps at a glance.

In short

How do I coordinate funeral service vendors like clergy, florists, and musicians in one place?

WebRun checks Passare every morning for services in the next 72 hours, compiles every vendor assignment including clergy, florists, cemetery contacts, and musicians into a Google Sheets runsheet, and posts a Slack digest to the operations team with any gaps flagged for immediate action.

  • Every vendor slot for the next 72 hours is visible in one place each morning
  • Unassigned vendor roles are flagged before the service day, not on it
  • The team spends fewer hours on coordination calls each week

Questions, answered

Does it contact vendors directly?

No. The digest is an internal planning tool only. WebRun compiles the information and surfaces it to your team. All vendor communication is handled by your staff.

Which vendor categories does it track?

By default it tracks clergy, florists, cemetery staff, and musicians. You can add any additional vendor category that appears in your Passare case records.

What happens when a vendor slot is unassigned?

Unassigned slots are highlighted in the Google Sheets runsheet and called out explicitly in the Slack digest so the coordinating director can act on them before the service day.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
