CyFrame Automated Lot Certification Requests
Every morning, WebRun opens CyFrame, finds resin lots received in the last day without a certificate of analysis on file, logs each lot to a Google Sheet with the supplier and PO number, and drafts a request email to the supplier for the missing certificate, left unsent for you to review.
How do I chase suppliers for missing material lot certifications?
WebRun makes sure no resin lot slips through without paperwork. Every morning it opens CyFrame, finds lots received without a certificate of analysis on file, logs each to a Google Sheet with its supplier and PO number, and drafts a request to the supplier for the missing certificate, left unsent for you to review and send.
- No resin lot sits uncertified without anyone noticing
- A supplier request is drafted the same day a gap is found
- Certification status is tracked lot by lot, not chased from memory
Built for plastics profile extruders · quality assurance teams · materials managers · purchasing coordinators

Questions, answered
Will it email suppliers without me seeing it first?
No. WebRun drafts the certificate request in Gmail and leaves it unsent. You review the lot list and send it yourself, so no request goes out without a person checking it.
Does it release a lot to production if the certificate is missing?
No. WebRun only reads and reports certification status. It never changes a lot's release status in CyFrame. That decision stays with your quality team.
How does it know a certificate is missing?
It checks each resin lot received against the certificate of analysis records in CyFrame. Any lot with no matching certificate on file is flagged and added to the tracker.
