CyFrame Automated Cut-to-Length Scheduling
Every morning, WebRun opens CyFrame, finds orders scheduled for a custom cut-to-length run this week, logs the order, length, and scheduled run date to a Google Sheet, and drafts a heads-up email to each customer confirming their cut length and ship window, left unsent for you to review.
How do I notify customers about their cut-to-length order schedule?
WebRun keeps customers informed on custom cut lengths without anyone chasing the schedule by hand. Every morning it opens CyFrame, finds orders scheduled for a cut-to-length run this week, logs the length and run date to a Google Sheet, and drafts a heads-up email confirming the length and ship window, left unsent for your review.
- Customers hear about their cut length and ship window without a manual chase
- A schedule change is caught and reflected before the customer email goes out
- Every custom length order has a ready draft update, not a forgotten one

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email my customers without me checking first?
No. WebRun drafts the heads-up in Gmail and leaves it unsent. You review the length and ship window for each customer and send it yourself, so nothing reaches a customer unchecked.
How does it handle a run date that changes?
It compares the scheduled run date against what was logged last time. If a date moves, the order is flagged in the schedule and the draft email notes the update so the customer isn't given a date you no longer plan to hit.
Does it include every order or just custom lengths?
Only orders with a custom cut-to-length specification in CyFrame. Standard stock lengths are not included, so the schedule and drafts stay focused on the orders that actually need a customer heads-up.
