Log every color and purge change on the line

Every hour, WebRun opens CyFrame, finds any line that switched color or resin since the last check, logs the outgoing and incoming color, the purge compound and quantity used, and the changeover downtime to a Google Sheet, so purge cost and change frequency are visible by line.

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens cyframe.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

Done when The log holds every color or resin change this hour with its purge and downtime.

How do I track color changes and purge usage by line?

WebRun makes purge cost and change frequency visible instead of buried in overall scrap. Every hour it opens CyFrame, finds any line that switched color or resin, and logs the outgoing and incoming color, the purge compound and quantity used, and the changeover downtime to a Google Sheet, organized by line for the week.

  • Purge cost and change frequency are visible by line, not buried in overall scrap
  • Every color change is on record with its downtime
  • Frequent-change lines are easy to spot from the trend

Questions, answered

Does it decide when to change color or how much to purge?

No. WebRun only reads the color and resin change CyFrame already recorded and logs it. It never starts a change, sets a purge quantity, or touches the line.

Why track purge separately from regrind or scrap?

Purge compound is its own cost and its own signal. A line that changes color often burns through more purge than a dedicated single color line, and this log makes that pattern visible by line instead of buried in overall scrap.

What if two changes happen on the same line in one hour?

Both are logged as separate rows with their own time, colors, and purge quantity, so nothing gets merged or overwritten.

Put this on autopilot.
