Automated EHS Compliance Deadline Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun checks VelocityEHS for upcoming regulatory compliance deadlines across all client accounts, cross-references the compliance calendar in Google Sheets, and posts a prioritized 30-day deadline alert to Slack so your consultants always know what is due next and for which client.
How do I automatically track OSHA and EPA compliance deadlines across all my clients?
Every Monday, WebRun pulls all OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory deadlines due within 30 days from VelocityEHS, checks the compliance calendar in Google Sheets to confirm what is still outstanding, and posts a prioritized deadline alert to Slack so every consultant knows exactly what filings are due and for which client.
- No OSHA or EPA deadline goes unnoticed across any client account
- Consultants know every due filing a week before it is critical, not the day before
- Deadlines already in progress are excluded, so the alert shows only what still needs action
Built for EHS consulting firms · environmental compliance consultants · safety managers · multi-client EHS practices

Questions, answered
Does it file any compliance reports automatically?
No. WebRun only reads and surfaces upcoming deadlines. All regulatory submissions and filings are completed by your consultants after reviewing the alert.
Which regulations does it track?
It tracks whatever deadlines are recorded in VelocityEHS and your compliance calendar, including OSHA 300A, EPA Tier II, state air and water permits, and any custom regulatory items your team has entered.
What if a deadline has already been handled?
When the compliance calendar in Google Sheets shows a task as completed for that deadline, WebRun excludes it from the alert, so only genuinely open items appear in the Slack post.
