Questions, answered

Will it send follow-up emails to clients automatically when actions are overdue?

No. All follow-up emails are saved as Gmail drafts and require the EHS consultant to review and approve each one before anything is sent to a client.

How does it know which findings are from audits versus other sources?

It filters the VelocityEHS Action Management module specifically for corrective actions linked to completed audit or inspection records, so stand-alone tasks and non-audit actions are excluded.

What if a client has already resolved a finding but VelocityEHS has not been updated?

The draft will still be created, but you will catch this during the review step. Keeping corrective action status up to date in VelocityEHS ensures resolved items are excluded from future runs.
