In short

How do I automatically report dialysis chair and station utilization each week?

WebRun opens Renvio every Monday, reads last week's schedule and treatment log, and calculates utilization for each station and shift against capacity. It builds a chair-time report in Google Sheets and posts the open-capacity summary to your operations team in Slack, so empty chairs are visible and the clinic can add patients where there is room.

  • Open chair-hours are visible every Monday
  • Empty shifts surface so new patients get placed faster
  • Utilization is tracked automatically without manual schedule counts

Built for dialysis clinic administrators · renal operations managers · dialysis regional directors · nephrology practice owners

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens renvio.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Renvio - read schedule and treatment log
    renvio.com
WebRun in Renvio: read schedule and treatment log
WebRun opens Renvio to read the schedule and treatment log.
    • Open Renvio and pull last week's treatment schedule and completed treatment log
    • Count treatments delivered per station and per shift against the number of available chair slots
    • Capture no-shows and open slots so lost capacity is visible, not just delivered treatments

Done when Delivered treatments, open slots, and no-shows are captured for every station and shift.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - build the chair-time report
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: build the chair-time report
WebRun builds the chair-time utilization report in Google Sheets.
    • Write a utilization tab in Google Sheets with one row per station and shift
    • Calculate a utilization percentage from delivered treatments over available slots
    • Rank shifts and stations by open capacity so the emptiest chairs sort to the top

Done when The Google Sheet shows utilization and open capacity for every station and shift.

  4. 3
Slack - post the open-capacity summary
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the open-capacity summary
WebRun posts the open-capacity summary to the operations Slack channel.
    • Post an open-capacity summary to the operations Slack channel with a link to the sheet
    • Lead with total open chair-hours and the shifts with the most room to add patients
    • Keep the report inside your internal Slack workspace for the operations team

Done when The operations team has this week's utilization summary in Slack with the report linked.

Questions, answered

Does it schedule or move patients on its own?

No. WebRun reports utilization and open capacity so your team can decide who to add and where. Any change to the schedule is made by staff in Renvio. It reports, it does not book.

How is utilization calculated?

It divides delivered treatments by the available chair slots for each station and shift, using last week's schedule and treatment log in Renvio. You set the number of slots and shift hours so the percentages match your clinic's real capacity.

Is any patient data in the report shared externally?

The report focuses on station and shift counts, not individuals, and the sheet and Slack summary stay inside your organization. Only your operations team sees them, so no patient information leaves the clinic.
