In short

How do I automatically reconcile monthly dialysis capitation billing against treatments?

WebRun opens Renvio every Monday, compares Monthly Capitation Payment charges against each patient's logged treatments and active status, and builds a variance sheet in Google Sheets of who looks under-billed or over-billed. It posts the exceptions to your billing team in Microsoft Teams with total dollars at risk, so claims get corrected before the deadline.

  • Under-billed patients caught before the filing deadline
  • Billing team sees dollars at risk ranked every Monday
  • No claim is corrected or submitted without human review

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens renvio.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Renvio - pull capitation charges and treatment log
    renvio.com
WebRun in Renvio: pull capitation charges and treatment log
WebRun opens Renvio to pull capitation charges and the treatment log.
    • Open Renvio and pull the Monthly Capitation Payment billing for the current period
    • Pull the treatment log and the active census for the same period
    • Capture, per patient, the MCP status billed, the number of treatments delivered, and the primary payer

Done when Capitation charges, delivered treatments, and payer are captured for every patient in the period.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - build the variance sheet
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: build the variance sheet
WebRun builds the capitation variance sheet in Google Sheets.
    • Write a reconciliation tab in Google Sheets with one row per patient
    • Flag patients with treatments delivered but no capitation charge, and any charge for a patient with no treatments or an inactive status
    • Add a variance column and total the dollars at risk so the biggest gaps sort to the top

Done when The Google Sheet shows every patient reconciled with variances flagged and totaled.

  4. 3
Microsoft Teams - post billing exceptions
    microsoft.com
WebRun in Microsoft Teams: post billing exceptions
WebRun posts the capitation billing exceptions to the revenue cycle Teams channel.
    • Post a billing exception summary to the revenue cycle Teams channel with a link to the sheet
    • Lead with the count of under-billed and over-billed patients and the total dollars at risk
    • Frame each exception as a claim to review and correct in Renvio, never billed or submitted automatically

Done when The billing team has this week's capitation exception list in Teams with the variance sheet linked.

Questions, answered

Will it submit or correct claims on its own?

No. WebRun reconciles the numbers and lists the exceptions, but every correction and resubmission is made by your billing team in Renvio. Nothing is billed, adjusted, or filed with a payer automatically.

How does it decide a patient is under-billed?

It compares logged treatments and active status in Renvio against the Monthly Capitation Payment charges, flagging patients with treatments but no capitation charge, or a charge with no matching treatments. You can tune the rules to your billing setup.

Is patient data shared outside the clinic?

No. The variance sheet lives in your own Google Sheets and the summary posts to your internal Teams channel. Only your billing and revenue cycle staff see it, so patient billing detail stays inside your organization.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
