In short

How can a credit union automatically track and flag compliance deadlines each week?

WebRun opens MeridianLink every Monday to pull the portfolio metrics needed for upcoming regulatory filings, then reviews your compliance calendar in Google Sheets, color-codes every deadline due within 30 days by urgency, and posts the compliance team a ranked Slack digest. No filing is submitted without human action.

  • Compliance deadlines flagged 30 days in advance, not 2 days before
  • The compliance calendar is reviewed and updated automatically every Monday
  • Red deadlines trigger a direct Slack mention so nothing slips unnoticed

Questions, answered

Will it file or submit any regulatory report automatically?

No. WebRun only tracks deadlines and flags what is coming. Any regulatory filing or submission is always completed and submitted by a qualified compliance officer.

How does it know what portfolio data is needed for each regulation?

You configure which MeridianLink metrics map to which deadline in the compliance calendar sheet. WebRun reads your configuration and pulls only those numbers on each run.

What if a deadline is already completed and marked done in the sheet?

Completed deadlines are excluded from the digest automatically. Only open or upcoming items are surfaced, so the Slack post stays focused and actionable.

Put this on autopilot.
