Automated Loan Inquiry Data Entry From Email to MeridianLink

When a member loan inquiry arrives in the lending Gmail inbox, WebRun reads the email, extracts the member name, loan type requested, amount, and contact details, creates a pre-filled draft record in MeridianLink for a loan officer to review, and posts a new-inquiry alert to the lending team Slack channel so the right officer can follow up without re-keying any data.

Questions, answered

Will it submit a formal loan application in MeridianLink on behalf of the member?

No. WebRun creates only a pre-filled draft record. A loan officer reviews the details, contacts the member to confirm, and formally submits the application. The member is never enrolled in a loan without their explicit consent.

What if the email does not contain enough information to pre-fill the record?

WebRun fills in whatever details are present in the email and leaves any missing fields blank in the draft. The Slack alert notes which fields the loan officer needs to follow up on with the member.

Can it tell a personal loan inquiry from a mortgage inquiry?

Yes. WebRun reads the email body to identify the loan type from keywords like 'auto loan', 'personal loan', or 'mortgage' and maps each to the correct product type in MeridianLink.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
