Buildout Automated CRE Deal Exception Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens Buildout and scans every active listing and deal for data exceptions: missing contact records, listings overdue for a price reduction review, deals stuck in stage beyond your threshold, or syndication errors. It logs each exception in Google Sheets and posts a prioritized alert to Slack so the team can act before a problem escalates.

In short

How do I automatically catch deal exceptions and data errors in my CRE pipeline?

WebRun scans every active Buildout listing and deal each morning for data exceptions such as missing contacts, stalled pipeline stages, incomplete marketing records, and syndication errors, logs each issue in Google Sheets, and posts a severity-ranked alert in Slack so your team can resolve problems before they affect a client or a close.

  • Data errors and stalled deals are caught every morning before they escalate
  • The team has a severity-ranked exception list in Slack before 8 AM
  • A running Google Sheets log tracks how quickly exceptions are resolved over time

Questions, answered

Does it make any changes to listings or deals in Buildout automatically?

No. WebRun only reads data and reports exceptions. Any corrective action, such as fixing a contact record or resubmitting a syndication, is taken by the broker or coordinator after reviewing the alert.

What types of exceptions does it catch?

By default: missing contacts, incomplete financial fields, deals stuck in stage beyond 21 days, and syndication errors. You can add custom exception rules based on your brokerage's data standards during setup.

What if the same exception keeps appearing?

Exceptions persist in the Google Sheets log until resolved in Buildout. The Slack alert shows how many days each exception has been open so the team can prioritize the oldest unresolved issues.
