Buildout Automated CRE Deal Deadline Tracker
Every morning, WebRun reads active deals in Buildout, extracts all compliance and contingency deadlines (due diligence, financing, inspection, closing), checks which fall within the next 7 days, adds a calendar reminder for any new deadline, and posts an urgency-sorted alert to Slack so no deal deadline is missed.
How do I automatically track CRE deal contingency and compliance deadlines?
WebRun reads every active deal in Buildout each morning, extracts all contingency and closing deadlines, creates Google Calendar reminders for any not yet scheduled, and posts an urgency-sorted Slack alert to the broker team so no due diligence, financing, or closing date is ever missed.
- No due diligence or financing contingency deadline is missed across the whole portfolio
- Brokers get an urgency-sorted deadline list in Slack every morning before 7 AM
- Calendar reminders are created automatically so deadlines are visible wherever brokers work

Questions, answered
Does it contact the other party to request an extension automatically?
No. Deadline alerts are internal only, posted to Slack and added to the broker's calendar. Any request for a deadline extension is initiated by the broker.
Which deadline types does it track?
By default: due diligence expiry, financing contingency, inspection period, and closing date. You can add custom deadline types from your Buildout deal fields during setup.
What if a deadline date changes mid-deal?
Update the date in Buildout. WebRun reads live deal data each morning, so the next day's alert and calendar event will reflect the updated deadline automatically.
