In short

How do I automatically track broker license expiry dates and get renewal alerts?

WebRun reads your broker license and CE expiry dates from Google Sheets every Monday, checks them against the active roster in Buildout, and posts a sorted Slack alert to the managing broker listing anyone expiring within 90 days, so no license lapses by surprise.

  • No broker license lapses because the 90-day window was missed
  • Managing brokers get a sorted alert every Monday with days-remaining counts
  • Brokers missing from the tracker are flagged before the audit finds them

Questions, answered

Does it contact the broker directly?

No. All alerts go to the managing broker in Slack as an internal notification. If you want to notify individual brokers, the managing broker initiates that communication.

Where do I store the license dates?

In a Google Sheets tracker you maintain. WebRun reads from it each Monday. The template includes a column structure to copy into your spreadsheet during setup.

What if a broker renews mid-week?

Update the expiry date in the Google Sheets tracker. On the next Monday run, WebRun will no longer flag that broker and the alert list will be accurate.

Put this on autopilot.
