Questions, answered

Will it contact the property owner automatically?

No. Every renewal draft is left in Gmail for the assigned broker to review, personalize, and send. The system never reaches out to an owner without your explicit approval.

What counts as expiring soon?

The default window is 30 days. You can configure WebRun to flag listings at any interval, such as 60 days for a second wave or 7 days for urgent alerts.

What if a listing is already in renewal discussions?

Update the listing status in Buildout to reflect that renewal talks are underway. WebRun will skip it on the next run and keep the digest accurate.

Put this on autopilot.
