Log every new chargeback the moment it lands
Every few hours, WebRun opens Chargeflow and Stripe, finds chargebacks filed since the last run, opens a tracked case for each with the amount, reason code, and response deadline, and posts your disputes channel a short Slack list of what just landed.

How do I get alerted about new chargebacks as soon as they file?
WebRun watches your Chargeflow and Stripe accounts every few hours for newly filed chargebacks. For each one it opens a tracked case with the amount, reason code, and evidence deadline, then posts your disputes channel a short Slack intake list, so no chargeback sits unnoticed while its response window runs down.
- New chargebacks reach your team the same day they file
- Every dispute gets a tracked case with its deadline
- No response window lapses because a chargeback went unseen

Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it submit any evidence to the card networks?
No. This workflow only opens tracked cases in Chargeflow and posts an internal Slack list. Building and submitting a rebuttal is a separate, human-approved step, so nothing goes to Visa or Mastercard on its own.
Will it double-log a chargeback it already saw?
No. WebRun reads the live dispute list in Stripe each run and skips any case it already opened, so each chargeback is logged once even when runs overlap.
How fast will we hear about a new chargeback?
Within a few hours. WebRun checks Stripe and Chargeflow every four hours, so a new dispute reaches your Slack channel the same day it files, well ahead of the response deadline.
