No. WebRun drafts the letter and gathers the evidence, then leaves it as a Gmail draft for your reviewer. Submitting representment is irreversible, so a human always approves and files it, never the automation.

How does it know what evidence each dispute needs?

It reads the reason code in Chargeflow and pulls the proof that code calls for from Shopify, such as tracking and delivery for an item-not-received claim, so each draft is tailored rather than generic.

Can it match our tone in the letter?
