The maintenance schedule lives in a Google Sheet you set up when configuring the workflow, with one row per truck covering service type, last completed date, and due date. WebRun reads from there each Monday.
Will it automatically take a truck off dispatch when maintenance is due?
No. WebRun only alerts your shop manager. Removing a truck from the dispatch schedule in Super Dispatch is a decision your team makes after reviewing the alert.
Can it track multiple service types per truck?
