In short

How do I automatically track carrier insurance certificate expiry in auto transport?

WebRun checks every active carrier's Certificate of Insurance expiry date in Super Dispatch each Monday, flags anyone expiring within 30 days, logs them in Google Sheets with days remaining, and drafts a renewal reminder in Gmail for your review, so no carrier goes uninsured on your network.

  • No active carrier on your network operates with a lapsed COI
  • Renewal reminders are drafted and ready each Monday morning
  • Critical expirations within 7 days are highlighted automatically

Questions, answered

Will it email the carrier directly without my approval?

No. Every renewal reminder is drafted in Gmail and left unsent. You review the draft and decide whether to send, edit, or skip before anything reaches the carrier.

How far in advance does it flag expiring certificates?

It flags any COI expiring within 30 days by default, with critical highlighting for those within 7 days. You can adjust the threshold when setting up the workflow.

What if a carrier uploads a new COI after being flagged?

It reads live carrier data in Super Dispatch each Monday, so a carrier with an updated COI will no longer appear on the expiry list on the next run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
